When you first log in to Monograph, you’ll be taken to your Dashboard. This overview page allows you to see a quick snapshot of your projects, tasks, and other information depending on the permissions associated with your account.

If you're an admin level user, your view will look like the screenshot above. Users with other permission levels will not see the "Team Work Distribution" graph.

Continue reading below to learn more about each of the areas that may appear on your Dashboard.

Projects

Displays the top three projects most relevant based on your engagement and where you’ve been logging the most hours, most recently. For users who do not have admin level permissions, you may see up to 8 projects.

Click directly on a project to see more information, or click on the Projects tab in the left-hand navigation to see all of your projects.

Timesheets

Displays the hours currently logged towards this week and last week’s timesheets. You can access and edit this week’s timesheet by clicking Edit.

If you submitted last week’s timesheet, it will show as “Submitted”. If you have not yet submitted last week’s timesheet, you can click on “Not Submitted” to edit and submit.

Please note that if your timesheet for last week is locked, you will need to contact your company admin to unlock the week before you can edit and submit it.

Assigned Tasks

Displays any tasks that have been assigned to you across all projects, as well as their due dates. Click on a task to open and view any notes and comments. You can also edit the task by clicking on it, depending on your permissions.

Your Work Distribution

Displays a visual representation of your hours worked across all projects within different durations of time. Click on the Time dropdown to select Past Month, Past Week, or All Time, and hover over each of the different colors in the chart to see the hours worked. You can also download or print this chart by clicking on the icon with the three horizontal lines.

Your work distribution is based on the hours that you’ve logged to your timesheets, not the hours that have been assigned to you within the projects.

Team Work Distribution

Displays a visual representation of your hours worked, as well as value created (total fees), broken out by your different roles worked for all projects within a specific date range. Select the beginning and end dates, as well as if you’d like to show hours worked or value created, and hover over each of the different colors in the graph to see the hours worked or the total fees associated with each project’s roles.

If there are certain roles that you want to exclude from the graph, click on the role at the bottom of the graph to remove it.

You can also download or print this chart by clicking on the icon with the three horizontal lines.

Your work distribution is based on the hours that you’ve logged to your timesheets, not the hours that have been assigned to you within the projects.
