How to add a company logo in Monograph

Easily upload your firm's logo to enhance Monograph with your brand identity. This guide will walk through the steps to ensure your logo appears correctly on all client invoices and invoice emails, as well as internal notification emails.

How to Add a Logo

Step 1: Navigate to Settings in the left-side menu by clicking the gear wheel next to your profile picture or your initials, and then Settings:

Step 2: In the Organization page under Company Info > Company Logo, click on the + Upload button.

Step 3: A pop-up will appear where you can select the file to upload for your logo. Select the file and click Open.

If the image that you've uploaded doesn't match the requirements, you will see the following message:

Logo Requirements

In order for your logo to look its best, we require that the uploaded image used must be square and a minimum of 500px x 500px. The image should also be in JPG or PNG format.

If the desired image is less than 500px x 500px or the ratio exceeds 5:4, it cannot be uploaded.

After your firm's logo is uploaded, it will be used in the following areas:

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my selected logo image not uploading?

If your selected image doesn't meet the following requirements, it cannot be uploaded:

  • JPG or PNG format

  • A square image, measuring at least 500px x 500px

  • Cannot exceed 5:4 ratio
