Each project has a dedicated Files page where all uploaded files for that project can be viewed in one place.
π‘ Use the Files Hub to access all of your project's files.
Accessing the Files Page
To access a project's Files page, open any project in Monograph. From there, click Files in the left-hand navigation.
The Files page will display a list of all files associated with that project, along with the following information:
File name
Uploaded by (team member)
Type (e.g., Design, Other)
File size
Upload date
Uploading Files
To upload a file on the Project Files page, drag and drop a file (up to 50MB) directly into the page, or click Browse to Upload to upload manually. Multiple files can be selected at once to upload them all simultaneously.
Alternatively, if your Google Account is connected, files can be uploaded to the project directly by clicking Add from Google Drive. Then, the files can be previewed in Monograph at any time.
Files can be uploaded without being associated to a specific project by uploading from the File Hub page.

File Actions
If Monograph detects that the uploaded file type is a consultant bill, a pop-up will appear asking if a consultant bill should be created using the file. Click Create Bill to open the bill creation workflow.
The bill will automatically include the associated project, consultant's name, bill date, and bill total. Click Save to finalize the bill, which can be accessed at any time from the Money > Bills page.
Upload Panel
While uploads are in progress, the upload panel displays the status of each file. This panel appears across all pages in Monograph during active uploads and can be collapsed or closed at any time.
A green checkmark appears next to files that upload successfully. If an upload fails, a red exclamation icon is shown along with an option to retry the upload.
If Monograph is closed before an upload completes, the upload will fail. However, the file will remain in the upload panel and can be retried later.
