Monograph offers an optional paid service called Project Boost to help you set up active projects more quickly and begin seeing value sooner. By bringing key project details into your account, Project Boost provides a strong head start as you begin onboarding.
How does Project Boost work and what is included?
Project Boost helps jumpstart your Monograph setup by allowing our team to build out currently active projects. The goal is to reduce manual work and help you begin using Monograph with projects that are already in progress so you can start seeing value faster.
As part of onboarding, you will still learn how to build and manage projects yourself. This ensures you understand how to maintain existing projects and create new ones in the future.
We take care of the following:
Adding your active clients and consultants to your Contacts
Building up to 100 active projects including budget, phases dates, and assigned team members by phase (this excludes project or phase consultants)
Your information is entered into your account in a specific sequence. We begin with Contacts (clients and consultants) and then move to active projects.
For information excluded from Project Boost, such as completed projects or past timesheet files, you can opt into our Data Storage add-on. This allows you to upload unlimited files to your account for record keeping and reference and is separate from the Boost service.
The Data Storage add-on requires a recurring annual fee to maintain unlimited upload access. If the service is canceled, you will retain access to any previously uploaded files, but you will not be able to upload new ones.
If you’d like to learn more about the Data Storage add-on, please reach out to your sales representative for additional details.
When do I need to submit my data for Project Boost?
All project information must be submitted within 30 days of your subscription start date. If the data is not provided within 30 days of your subscription start date, the service will be forfeited and an additional $1,000 fee will be required to proceed.
