Monograph has two new subscription plans designed to better support the growth and success of Architects. The Track plan follows a pay-as-you-use model for active seats, while the Grow plan includes a default 5-seat bundle for scalability.

Choosing the Right Plan for Your Organization
Choose the Track Plan: Ideal for small or fluctuating teams with precise cost management needs, as you only pay for active users.
Choose the Grow Plan: Best for larger teams or organizations that require consistent collaboration with the scalability of included seats.
You can head to Settings and click on Subscription to make changes to your plan. Still not sure which plan is right for your organization? No problem! You can upgrade to Grow or downgrade to Track at any time.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, navigate to your Settings and click on Subscription. You can then click on Upgrade to Downgrade accordingly.
You can also select the best plan and billing frequency that works for your organization by clicking on Billing Details.
From there, a new page will appear where you can select Update Subscription to choose the Track or Grow plan on a Monthly or Yearly subscription.

What happens if I downgrade my plan in the middle of my billing cycle?
If you decide to downgrade your Subscription from an Annual plan to a Monthly plan, you will incur a credit to your account. Credits are used at your next billing cycle or when you add another seat or purchase a project bundle, whichever occurs first.

What happens to my current level of support if I downgrade my Subscription to a Track Plan?
The Track Plan includes access to Email Support and the 24/7 Help Center. If you choose to downgrade to this option, you will lose access to priority support.

When you downgrade your Monograph subscription from Grow to Track, you will receive a credit to your account for the difference. This credit is applied to your next billing cycle or to your next purchase of another seat or a project bundle, whichever occurs first.
