Our 8-week program is designed to fully ramp you up and ensure active adoption of Monograph by the end of the timeline. You’ll be paired with a Launch Manager who will guide you through implementation, combining live webinars with self-paced resources for both flexibility and support.
After each session, you’ll receive clear action items to complete before moving on to the next stage.
Where To Begin!
At the start of your subscription, you’ll be introduced to your Launch Manager, who will share resources to help you get started and invite you to connect one-on-one. This gives them a chance to learn more about you, your business, and your team.
As your immediate first step, begin completing your Launch Checklist. This covers the preliminary settings and app defaults to complete before your first session. The checklist provides clear direction along with resources to guide you. Need help? Your Launch Manager is available for questions.
New Customer Onboarding Timeline
🟣 Weeks 1 - 4
Your first onboarding weeks focus on launch, getting started and setting up your Monograph account. You’ll begin with customization and configuration, then adding project information and tracking time.
★ Learning Your Business: Meet your Launch Manager to get an overview of the onboarding journey and establish a strong partnership by sharing your organization’s priorities and preferences. This is a recommended session to support your implementation progress.
★ Enabling Quickbooks Online: Learn how to integrate your Monograph account with QuickBooks Online, set up a seamless sync, and understand what carries over and how it benefits your workflow. This webinar is only required for customers using QuickBooks Online with Monograph.
★ Building Projects: Gain hands-on experience building and fully allocating projects, including phase-specific details such as dates, fees, and assigned team members. You’ll also see how consultants are incorporated into project creation. This webinar is required to continue with your onboarding progress.
★ Tracking Time: Discover how to log hours and navigate the platform with confidence. This session is designed for your entire team and marks the official close of your onboarding journey. This webinar is required to continue with your onboarding progress.

Midway through onboarding, you’ll begin working with advanced workflows like preparing for billing, invoicing clients, and collecting payments.
★ Prepare for Invoicing: Set up and connect Stripe to your account to accept electronic payments, and create invoice templates for a seamless billing process. This webinar is required to continue with your onboarding progress.
★ Invoicing Clients: Gain the skills to manage and issue invoices, collect payments directly in Monograph, and understand how consultants fit into the invoicing workflow. This webinar is required to continue with your onboarding progress.
★ Managing Finances: Explore how to review invoices, track payments, generate reports, and apply financial analytics to monitor your project and firm-wide performance. This webinar is required to continue with your onboarding progress.
What Happens After Onboarding
At the end of your 8-week onboarding period, your Launch Manager will step away, and ongoing support will transition to our Customer Support team. Our Support team is available to answer your questions, gather feedback, and help arrange live assistance as needed.

How and when are onboarding sessions hosted?
We host onboarding sessions multiple times each weekday, covering different areas of the platform. Sessions are webinar-style, allowing you to register for a time and date that best fits your team’s schedule.
How long are the onboarding sessions for each milestone?
Each onboarding webinar lasts approximately 45 minutes.
Are any onboarding sessions optional?
No, all onboarding sessions are required in order to progress through your onboarding. However, we highly recommend attending the Learning Your Business session at the start of your journey. This session is an opportunity to meet your Launch Manager and ensure we understand your specific needs and goals.
What if my schedule doesn’t allow me to attend the required onboarding sessions?
Setting up Monograph successfully is essential to seeing value quickly, so we strongly recommend making time to attend each session and complete the required deliverables.
That said, we understand schedules can be tight. Pre-recorded versions of every session are available, just register for the session, and you’ll automatically receive the recording after the live event.
How much time should we set aside to complete the requirements for each session?
The time needed to complete varies depending on the complexity of the session. For example, building your first invoice may take longer than customizing your settings. On average, we recommend setting aside at least 60 minutes to complete the associated tasks after each session.
What does support look like as a new Monograph customer, and what happens after I complete onboarding?
If you're subscribed to the Grow plan, you will work with a Launch Manager who will guide you through an 8-week onboarding plan. After onboarding is complete, support will transition to our Customer Support team, who are available to answer questions, collect feedback, and coordinate live assistance when needed.
What happens if I am unable to complete onboarding within the 8-week timeline?
Our onboarding program is designed to be most efficient and successful when milestones are completed steadily, week over week. We understand that bandwidth and competing priorities can vary, which is why onboarding includes multiple live session options and robust self-paced resources to support you.
At the end of the 8 weeks, your Launch Manager will transition off your account, and any outstanding onboarding tasks will transition to a self-guided experience. You will continue to have access to our Learning Center and ongoing support through in-app chat for the entirety of your subscription.
