Welcome to Monograph! 🎉 This guide will walk you through logging in for the first time and completing your profile so you can begin using your firm’s account.
☑️ Step 1: Log In Through Your Email Invitation
To access your firm’s Monograph account, you will receive an invitation email sent by an Admin at your firm. Use the invitation link in that email to log in for the first time and create your credentials.
If you did not receive an invitation, please reach out to an Admin at your firm to confirm they have sent one.
Do not create your own separate Monograph account. Creating an individual account will prevent you from joining your firm’s workspace.
If you continue to have trouble accessing your invite, refer to our guide on missing invitations or contact Monograph Support for help.
☑️ Step 2: Complete Your Profile
Once logged in, review and update your personal information as needed. To edit your profile:
Click Staff from the main menu, then Directory and select your profile.
Click Edit in the upper right corner, now you can update:
First and last name
Title
Pronouns
Phone number
Email address
Profile photo
Your permission level is managed by an Admin and cannot be edited from your own profile. This determines what you can see and access throughout Monograph.
☑️ Step 3: Sync Your Calendar
Set up a Monograph calendar subscription to automatically receive key dates for your projects and deliverables. Learn how to connect your calendar here.
☑️ Step 4. Follow Your Admin’s Direction
After completing the steps above, check in with your Admin to review your firm’s next steps.
Your Admin will schedule your Tracking Time Session, where you’ll get a guided walkthrough of Monograph, including navigation basics, time tracking, and how to work within your assigned projects.
