The Resource Planner, much like Reports, is fueled by the information entered in other parts of the app.
Before you are able to generate a weekly allocations schedule, you will need to input information into Monograph.
You will need to have a minimum of one Project, with one phase and a person assigned to the project and hours allocated to that person. Without this minimum, Resource will not work for you because we can not generate a schedule of time to spend on a project, without knowing what projects you are working on.
Similarly, if you are not entering time on your timesheet, we will not be able to generate a Resource view based on timesheets.
