How do I reset my password?
You may change your password by using this link, or using the "Forgot Password" button on the login page, and entering your email address. You will receive an email with instructions to follow to reset your password. You will use this same method if you would like to update your password again or if you forget your password in the future.
How do I contact Monograph?
Track Plan - customers can contact our Support Team via email.
Grow Plan - customers can contact our Support Team using the in-app chat by clicking on the purple Speech icon on the screen's bottom-right corner when logged into Monograph. This is not a live chat but we reply as quickly as we're able to.
Grow plan customers in the onboarding phase can also contact their Launch Manager using the email address previously provided.
Free Consultant Collaboration - consultants are encouraged to reach out to the firm that they are collaborating with for assistance. If additional support is needed, consultants can contact our Support Team via email.
How do I report a bug?
Track plan customers can report bugs to our Support team via email.
Grow plan customers can report bugs directly in the in-app messenger by starting a chat and selecting "I want to submit a bug report".
When reporting a bug, please provide as much information as possible so we can accurately pinpoint the issues. Examples include:

Is this occurring to you or a different user?
When did this issue begin occurring?

How do I submit a feature request or provide feedback?
Feature requests and feedback can be submitted via email or by selecting "I have feedback or a feature request" within the in-app chat (for those with access).
How do I update my billing information?
To update your billing information, navigate to Settings > Subscription and click on Billing Details. Here, you can view and update credit card information and billing details, as well as view billing history.
How do I update my subscription/plan?
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, navigate to Settings > Subscription and click on Billing Details. Once here, click on Update Plan to select the best plan and billing frequency for your organization.
Can I change the language used in Monograph?
Monograph is currently only available in English.
Does Monograph have an open API or offer any integrations?
Monograph does not have an open API. We do integrate with Quickbooks Online for invoicing and Stripe for payments.
How do I sign up for Monograph Payroll?
Monograph Payroll is only available to current Monograph customers, however, we are not currently accepting new firms for payroll. To join our waitlist, please reach out to our Support team.
I'm having trouble viewing a page in Monograph. What do I do?
If you're having trouble viewing a page (e.g. if data isn't loading), please clear your cache/browsing data by following the steps below.
Log out of Monograph
In your browser, clear cache/data for app.monograph.com
This step must be completed - only exiting your browser will not clear your browser's data
Log back into Monograph
If the issue persists after following the steps above, email the Support Team or select "I want to report a bug" within the in-app chat (for those with access) for further assistance.
