Organization Settings Overview

An overview of all settings included in the Organization page.

The Organization settings page in Monograph lets you manage key details about your company, financial preferences, and performance benchmarks. Use this article as a starting point to understand each setting and access more detailed guides for any section where links are shown.


Company Info

Update your logo, company name, phone number, website, and address. This information appears on client-facing communications like invoices.

Click Edit to update all information and then Save once finished.


Client Email Settings

Customize the sender name and reply-to email address used for invoice and payment emails. This ensures emails come from a name your clients recognize and that you can receive replies that are sent directly to the invoice email.

Click Edit to update all information and then Save once finished.


Regional Preferences

Set your timezone, locale, currency, and unit of measurement (e.g., feet or meters) to match your region. These settings impact how data is displayed across your account.

Click Edit to update all information and then Save once finished.

*The language used in Monograph cannot be changed; only English is supported at this time.


Overhead Costs

Define your overhead multiplier to better understand your true operating costs. This is used in profit forecasting and cost-related reports.

Click Edit to update the Overhead Multiplier and then Save once finished.


Working Hours Per Year

Enter the average number of hours employees work annually. This helps improve the accuracy of cost calculations in some reports.

Click Edit to update the Yearly Working Hours and then Save once finished.


Time Off

Create and manage time off policies for your team, including tracking and approval workflows.

Click Enable time off to allow your team to use Time Off; by default, it is disabled. It can be disabled again at any time by clicking Disable time off.


Utilization Rate

Set default weekly hours for new hires and define the percentage of time expected to be spent on billable work. This helps track team productivity.

Click Edit to update the Default weekly hours and Target rate. If the default should be used for employe profiles without a utilization rate, select the checkbox. Click Save once finished.


Realization Rate

Set monthly targets to measure how much of your team’s billable time is actually invoiced to clients.

Click Edit to update the Target rate and click Save once finished.


Online Payments

Create a Stripe Express account to get paid electronically through Monograph. This must be enabled in order to use Invoices.

Click Connect to create a free account to use with Monograph. Once connected, click View Dashboard to view your Stripe dashboard.

*If the QuickBooks integration is enabled, additional settings will need to be set up for recording payments in QBO.
