What is the Activity Report
The Activity Report provides you visibility into your organization's allocation of time per team member via the charts. The charts shows the time entered in the team member's timesheet.
Navigating to the Activity Report
To access the Activity Report, navigate to Analytics > Staff > Activity.
Different Parts of the Activity Report
Date Range Filter - Use this filter to select a date range to which you would like to view Activity information for. The date range filter remembers the last selected dates.
You can select dates in the Activity Report starting from up to one year prior to your subscription start date.
Bar Graphs - These bar graphs will give you a breakdown of Billable vs Non-billable time logged. The Grey Bars represent non-billable hours and the Purple Bars represent billable hours.
Bar Graph Summary - Hovering over the appropriate bar will show you either total Billable Hours and Percentage or Non-Billable Hours and Percentage.
Team Members - This will be a list of your team members listed alphabetically by first name. Clicking on a Team Member's name will take you to their profile to view their workload and work distribution.
Where Does the Information Come From?
All of the information you see on the screen comes directly from the time logged within each Team Member's timesheets.
Billable Hours will come from time logged towards billable activities or projects.
Non-billable Hours will come from time logged towards non-billable activities or projects.
The Percentage will take the number of Billable or Non-Billable Hours for that team member and divide it against the total number of hours logged during the selected time frame.
Report Use Cases
How much time are my team members spending on Non-Billable or Billable work in this time period?
Select a date range and hover over the appropriate bar for an individual team member to see the information.
Permissions Settings to Access this Report
Admins will have access to this report. In order to allow other users to have access, you'll want to make sure you have 'View Team Reports' enabled.
If you do not see the Reports option, it means your current access level does not permit you to see Team Reports. Please speak to an Admin for assistance.
