How do I contact Monograph?
Based on your plan type, you can contact Monograph Support through one of the following methods:
Track Plan customers can contact our Support Team via email at [email protected]
Grow Plan customers can contact Support using the in-app messenger by clicking the purple speech icon in the bottom-right corner when logged into Monograph. This is not a live chat, but our team replies as quickly as possible. Grow plan customers who are currently onboarding may also contact their Launch Manager using the email address originally provided.
Consultants using the free collaboration experience should reach out to the firm they are working with for assistance. If additional support is needed, they may contact Support via email.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset or change your password at any time by using the reset link or selecting Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email address and you’ll receive an email with steps to update your password. Use this same method if you forget your password in the future.
How do I report a troubleshooting issue or unexpected behavior?
Track Plan customers can report bugs by emailing our Support Team.
Grow Plan customers can report bugs in the in-app messenger by starting a chat and selecting I want to submit a bug report.
When reporting a bug, please include as much detail as possible. Helpful information includes:
What issue is occurring and which project is affected
Whether the issue is happening to you or another user
When the issue began
Any screenshots that may help
How do I submit a feature request or provide feedback?
You can submit feature requests or feedback via email, or by selecting I have feedback or a feature request in the in-app chat (for Grow Plan customers with chat access).
How do I update my billing information?
Go to Settings, select Subscription, then open Billing Details. You can update your credit card and billing information and view your full billing history.
How do I update my subscription or plan?
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, go to Settings, select Subscription, open Billing Details, and choose Update Plan to select the plan and billing frequency that works best for your organization.
Can I change the language used in Monograph?
Monograph is currently available only in English.
Does Monograph have an open API or offer any integrations?
Monograph does not offer an open API. We integrate with QuickBooks Online for invoicing and Stripe for electronic payments.
I'm having trouble viewing a page in Monograph, what should I do?
If a page isn’t loading or data isn’t appearing, clearing your browser cache typically resolves the issue.
Log out of Monograph
In your browser, clear cache/data specifically for app.monograph.com
Log back in
If the issue continues after clearing your cache, email Support or select I want to report a bug in the in-app chat (for Grow Plan customers with chat access) for further assistance.
